The Parque de la Innovación in Buenos Aires represents an opportunity to generate a new interaction between city life and nature, and attract a different nature of work. This development takes a section of the grid in Buenos Aires and creates a new experience for living and working in the city. A modern waterfall design uses hexagonal geometry to reflect the national heritage and renew the connection to nature. The distribution of commercial and residential buildings on the site reserves two-thirds of the area for green space, and a valley between the built environment becomes a flexible natural space for a variety of activities.
