for MoMA PS1

Research for MoMA PS1's 2013 Rockaways Call for Ideas resulted in an examination how identical members can be attached to form a flexible structure, which can then be applied at a variety of scales. Using standard wood beams, the structure is assembled with the help of the designed joint system.The goal was to use as little material as possible to enclose the largest amount of area - in the most efficient way and at a minimal cost. The result: a structural system that acts as a blank canvas,providing the community with a maximum variety of uses.
